The client had little pictures of herself from childhood, and the few she did have were, well:

That is tape! The thick fold completely covers the face, particularly the nose, which was completely lost. The client had two other pictures of herself, but one was from a different angle and the other was from when she was no longer a toddler, so I had no nose. I chose a different nose from a completely different person’s baby picture (with approval from the client). Here’s how it turned out:
